Eastside
College Preparatory School had their first school science fair in May, 2003. The Eastside Science Fair was sponsored
by CPIMA and the Synopsys
Outreach Foundation. Student groups were paired
with mentors from Stanford
University to aid in the development of their
projects.
During the 2002-2003 school year, the 6th, 7th, 8th and 10th grade students participated. It became a middle school science fair the next year with the 6th-8th grade students participating in the 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 school years.
