COMPASS = Career Management Program for Stanford Staff
It's a program for all Stanford employees designed to help employees manage their own career process, development and path. The program provides in-class programs and online tools to help employees navigate the career stages - self-assessment, career exploration, goal setting and education, and self-marketing/internal job searching.
All exempt and non-exempt benefits eligible Stanford staff are eligible to use this program. This program is a combined effort within Stanford University's Human Resources.
