Parking
-
There are several parking
options near the classroom. Each varies in its proximity to the classroom and
number of spaces (and probability of finding an open spot). The availability of
these parking spaces is also affected by the schedule of special Stanford
events.
-
The nearest street parking is
along Santa Teresa Street either near the Stanford Humanities Center or
adjacent to Roble Field. There is also street parking along Roble Drive and
there is a parking lot across from the Roble Gym.
-
There are a large number of
parking spaces available in the PS-2 multi-story parking structure on the
corner of Panama Street and Via Ortega as well as the parking lot adjacent to
Tresidder Union. This map shows their relationship
to the classroom.
Building and Classroom
Access
-
The outdoor central
"breezeway" is accessible from Santa Teresa Street or from the area adjacent to
the Terman Fountain (as pictured above). An accessible ramp is located on the
north side of the building (facing the Terman Fountain). The double-door
entrance to Classroom 110 is to the "west", beyond the restrooms and elevator.
These doors lead directly to the rear of the classroom. Access to the front of
the classroom is through a second door near the accessible ramp. The classroom
can accommodate wheelchair users in the back of the room.
-
Wheelchair-accessible
restrooms are centrally located just outside the main entrance to the
classroom.
-
The newly constructed Terman
Fountain is directly across from the Thornton Center and Tresidder Union is
located just down Santa Teresa Street.
On-campus
Access
-
The closest Marguerite
Shuttle stops are in front of the Mian Quad (Lines C and V) and near the
Roble Gym (Lines X and Y). All Marguerite shuttles are wheelchair-accessible.

Marguerite schedules and
routes.
- The Office of Accessible
Education operates a free
Disability Golf Cart
Service, DisGo, for all members of the Stanford community. It is open to
anyone with a disability or medical condition that makes it difficult to travel
about campus. DisGo currently maintains two 4-seat golf carts and one
wheelchair accessible cart.
