  2. What does a cane allow you to do?
  3. What hassles does using a cane impose?
  4. What are existing alternatives to the cane? Why do you prefer the cane?
  5. How do you feel about using a cane in regards to self-perception? Are there times when you feel embarrassed to use a cane?
  6. What additional features can be incorporated into a cane to make it more desirable to use?
