I'll talk about UI experiences on the Web and whether we're faced with a chaotic, DOS-like world where every site is completely different or a saner Mac-like world where everything acts and feels the same. Assuming one would like the latter, how can we accomplish this if 95pixels on the screen are delivered by the site NOT the browser designer.
