Motion-Compensated Interpolation

This project will consist of finding two Motion-Compensated interpolation 
algorithms and comparing each algorithm's performance.  The algorithms 
will be implemented and tested using Matlab software.  Test data will be 
from video data preferably where the moving object's direction is 
orthonormal to camera lens' axis.  Attempts will be made to create video
data for this project.  As for the performance of the algorithms,
quantitative as well as qualitative factors will be evaluated.
