Summary
Entrepreneurship is a team sport. What are the critical human resource issues for new ventures? The Everest simulation makes the point as your team struggles to reach the summit together. Next you fill out the Team Evaluation sheet and see how you can improve your own teams performance. Finally, the NanoGene case puts it all together by examining the big three: assembling a team, developing a compensation policy, and creating an innovative culture.
