Research Interests
Numerical optimization, numerical linear algebra, linear/nonlinear programming,
sparse matrix methods, iterative solvers.
Algorithm design/implementation for constrained optimization,
sparse linear equations, sparse least squares.
Multiscale optimization problems in systems biology.
Please note that I am unable to offer internships or postdoctoral positions
outside normal PhD admissions to Stanford.
